  		The SG60 ActiveSG Credit Top-Up aims to encourage broad-based sports participation across different segments of society during SG60.

The $100 SG60 ActiveSG Credits will be available to all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who log in to MyActiveSG+ between 2 June and 31 December 2025.

Existing ActiveSG members will receive the $100 SG60 ActiveSG Credit Top-Up when they log in to MyActiveSG+ between 2 June and 31 December 2025.

New ActiveSG members who sign up and log in to MyActiveSG+ using their Singpass between 2 June and 31 December 2025 will receive a total of $200 credits (i.e. $100 credits from the existing new member incentive scheme implemented in 2014 and the $100 SG60 ActiveSG Credit Top-Up).

The credits can be used for fees for ActiveSG facilities and to offset fees for ActiveSG programmes.

As part of SG60 celebrations, all ActiveSG credits will enjoy a one-off automatic extension to 31 December 2026. Thereafter, all unused credits can be rolled over to the next year (i.e. 2027) if members make at least one transaction in 2026. A transaction is defined as a successful booking of ActiveSG programme or usage of facility (regardless of whether they are free) through MyActiveSG+.

juat go slow 😅
I was surprised so many young and pretty doctors the hospital offers 😍

  		Saw many uncles and aunties .. limping, curvy legs wheelchaired, PWD .. knees pain, knees operation, inject knees with gel .. one friend 68 .. small legs pain like hell .. every night take strong pain killers still feel painful .. sleep 3 hours every nights .. very jialat

  		Now, I constantly do static stretching exercises and active walk .. stop swimming, running, ball games .. to avoid injury, excessive body wear and tear or fall down ..

I am still considering to go gyms for safe gym workout ..

must under supervision by a qualified nurse
Thats why i went to hospital gym to  get their advice
ya about falling
Its true
As an elderly you need to be careful 
I was admitted  a couple of years ago
i was surprised 7/10 of the patients were caused by falling
😅

i suggest govt let elderlies go tourist attractions for nominal sum $4-5 so  they can walk walk explore sg
